Most orders ship within 2–4 business days unless otherwise stated. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, holidays, customs processing, or circumstances outside our control.

We currently offer free standard shipping within the United States on qualifying orders as stated on the website.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. Indijio is not responsible for orders delayed or delivered incorrectly due to inaccurate shipping details.

Once an order has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, responsibility for the package transfers to the customer. If a package is delayed or appears lost, we will always do our best to support and guide you through the process.

7. Returns and Refunds

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery unless otherwise stated.

To qualify for a return, products must be:

• Returned with original tags and packaging

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
