AQUIARES, COSTA RICA

Aquiares was founded in 1890 in the mountains of Turrialba, between the Aquiares and Turrialba Rivers. Today, the estate is known for combining agriculture, conservation, coffee production, and community life within one landscape.

The farm has planted thousands of shade trees, maintains conservation areas and wildlife habitat, and continues to explore ways agriculture can contribute to healthier ecosystems.
